Smoke Vents and Hatches

Roof and Floor Access Hatches

Fabricolor roof access hatches provide safe and trouble free access to roof areas. This will be necessary in order to carry out routine maintenance via an interior stair or ladder to the exterior roof surface.
A range of sizes are available to allow access with plant and machinery that might be required depending on the nature and content of the roof.

Fabricolor floor access hatches provide access to plant, utilities, machinery or stored items underground, or between floors. Floor access hatches can be designed for internal and external applications, taking into account loading and
weathering specifications.

■ Lid mounted compression seals“Fablok” – safety locking stay with padlock “stay-open” provision

■ Spring assisted hinged lid suitable for one-man operation, in compliance with Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992
