Smoke Vents and Hatches

Merlin Louvred Ventilator

Available in sizes up to 3485mm x 2100mm, and with a very high coefficient of discharge, the Merlin Roof Louvre offers excellent performance characteristics.

The body and blades are available in aluminium, stainless steel, pre-coated steel e.g. Plastisol, PVF2 etc. to match the adjoining roof structure. The blades can also be insulated and can be fitted with triple wall polycarbonate that allows excellent day lighting.

Insulation and a range of manual, electric and pneumatic actuators are available to suit each installation. Base flanges are available to suit curbs, profiled sheets and standing seam roofs. Optional perimeter flashings are available to suit particular applications. The Merlin is also available in wall mounted form.

A comprehensive range of finishes is available. Ventilators can be supplied with manual, pneumatic or electrical operation. The control mechanism is concealed within the side frame of the unit to improve its aesthetic appearance.

■ A full range of fi nishes are available including Polyester powder coating with guarantees up to 25 years, PVF2/PVF3 coating with guarantees up to 25 years, as well as natural and coloured anodising. Only certif ed applicators are used to ensure top quality and longevity
