Select Eaves System

Fabricolor Select Eaves System offers the designer and builder modern aesthetic and cost-effective design solutions.
A combination of in-depth CAD capability, including 3D development, and 20 years manufacturing experience ensures not only quality of design but also quality of manufacture.

 

Complete design solution

The Fabricolor Select Eaves System starts at the initial design stage. We provide advice on design alternatives, ventilation, materials, colours, finishes and fixing solutions. We assist the designer in turning the conceptual design into a cost effective solution, with no compromise on quality or service.

The Select Eaves System is capable of solving the most demanding design conditions. The systems individual components can be curved in plan, in section and in elevation.

Whether the design is circular or elliptical, and components convex or concave, a solution is available.

Soffit
Soffit designs have a tendency to fall into two distinct categories that often determine their own requirement.
These are narrow soffits and wide or deep soffits.

Narrow soffit
The narrow secret fix plank soffit is a fast fixing system that is appropriate for traditional and modern architecture; it is not a problem to allow for building tolerances and movement within the design.

Wide deep soffit
The Fabricolor Select Eaves System offers a secret fix tray or cassette in a wide range of modules to cover the required expanse. The cassette system covers a larger area than a narrow plank creating a finish, which is in character with contemporary architecture
